With medical supply and perishable shipments always taking priority over non urgent classifications, even ‘priority’ bookings are not always being honoured on every booking. The aircargo system is running below capacity due to the non flying passenger aircraft which carried much of the smaller, urgent cargo bookings.
We would also like to refer you to the attached letter received from Air France which delayed a shipment by more than 7 days from its original booked flight.
